This symposium is the thirteenth in an annual series of joint programs sponsored by the Optical Society of America (OSA) and the American Chemical Society (ACS) Division of  Polymeric Materials:  Science & Engineering (PMSE) and Division of Polymer Chemistry (POLY).  Sessions target the design, synthesis, optical and electronic properties, and applications of organic and polymeric materials and composites for applications in photonics and related areas.  The meeting provides a forum for optical and material scientists, chemists, physicists, engineers, and device specialists interested in the latest developments and advances in this diverse field of science and technology.
