POLYMER DESIGN FOR FOOD AND NUTRITION

The ACS Division of Polymer Chemistry (POLY) cordially invites you to participate in an interdisciplinary symposium entitled POLYMER DESIGN FOR FOOD AND NUTRITION at the Fall National Meeting of the ACS. Abstract and preprint are due April 04, 2007, and we are accepting both lecture and poster submissions.

Sessions include:

Natural Polymers for Functional Foods
Designing Food Packaging
Sensory Challenges for Polymers in Food Packaging
