Polymer Division Members Please Note: A free subscription to Polymer Preprints, for personal use only, is part of Polymer Division membership
privileges. This membership is automatically entered upon payment of dues. Any changes of address, to
take effect for the mailing of Preprints, must be reported by: Issue I (Spring), before January 1; Issue 2
(Fall), before July 1.
On-Line Polymer Preprints Access
The Division of Polymer Chemistry, ACS Publications, and the Polymer
Preprints Editorial Staff are pleased to announce the online versions of
Polymer Preprints are now available starting with papers from the 219th ACS National Meeting (Spring 2000, in San Francisco) at the following url:
After clicking "POLY Meeting Preprints," members will be required to
enter their ACS Membership number, which can be retrieved from the
mailing label of their latest copy of C&EN (first 8 digits). Once
access to the POLY Meeting Preprints page has been obtained, one may
click the appropriate link to gain access to the preprints from a
particular meeting (e.g. San Francisco).
POLY Meeting Preprints comes complete with a search function, which may
be accessed from the POLY Meeting Preprints page. Members may search
all preprints for title, author, and/or text.
If you are not a member of the Division of Polymer Chemistry, Inc., please learn some of the

Join the Division.
Beginning in 2001, members will receive access to the Web-based version of Polymer Preprints and a CD version in the mail. Members who wish to receive a hard copy or Polymer Preprints must pay an additional $20.
Payment can be made when you renew your ACS membership by adding Preprints as an additional product; in subsequent years, members will see the product listed on their statement as a renewal product. This new divisional policy applies to all members.
To receive paper preprints, you must fill in the following information on your renewal statement in the section labeled "Record New Additions Here for Your Records":

Claims for undelivered Preprints are honored for 10 months after publication date of issue. For
