The symposium will take a comprehensive look at the growing field of nanomaterials and nanotechnology. Topics covered will include synthesis of nanomaterials, characterization and theory of nanostructures, control and patterning of nanostructures and opportunities and applications of nanotechnology.
In recognition of outstanding research and leadership in the field of polymer chemistry, the Polymer Division will present the Herman F. Mark Award at a plenary award symposium on Tuesday afternoon, November 19, 2002.
A poster session will be held to allow for presentation of current research findings by symposium participants. Please contact the co-chairs for details.Back to top of page.
